Why do my cards keep getting declined?
If your cards are declined and are unable to proceed with the payment, don't panic. You can use PayPal or Google Pay as alternate payment methods. This article will walk you through the process.
For tutoring sessions, please contact the customer service representatives.
Go to Services Page and the link will point you to this website:
Find one month plan by going to the catalog or scroll the page down. If you choose to scroll the page down, you'll find it below 1 Hour GRE Tutoring. The one month plan should look like this:
If you check the catalog, you'll find it under the Products section, next to the 1 Hour GRE Tutoring. It should look like this:
You can similarly find links if you're looking for a GregMAT+ and PrepSwift subscription.
Add it to your cart and the system will bring you to this page:
Choose either PayPal or Google Pay as your payment method.
After selecting the payment method, check your cart out and the system will point you to payment page.
Keep in mind, if you didn't include your email address, the account will NOT be automatically granted access. The activation will be done manually by our team. If you do include your email and you have already registered for a free account at www.gregmat.com, the activation should happen automatically.
If your account is not active, talk to our customer representatives to guide you for the next step.
If the aforementioned methods prove unsuccessful and you have a PayPal account, you may make the payment to greg@gregmat.com through PayPal. Once the transaction is completed, please inform us of your transaction ID.
